It's quite common to have ice storms in Oklahoma City. A bit to warm
for snow and a bit to cold for rain. Really bad ones just wreak havoc
on the trees with the weight of the ice they must support. This storm
was not that bad but it was certainly loading down these Nandina berries.
This is another shot I'd like to do again. This was shot toward the
east with the sun behind, up and right. The effect would have been
better if I'd stopped things down and fired a flash backlighting the ice I think. Live and
learn.
